Professional coffee from freshly ground coffee beans

Our professional coffee machine prepares a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality freshly ground coffee beans, including espresso, ristretto, black coffee, cappuccino, café latte, latte macchiato and flat white. The machine also provides perfectly frothed milk and hot water for black and green tea.

Additionally available:

• various types of tea;
• water with lemon and mint;
• juice or juice drinks.

If at least two meals are reserved (for example, dinner and breakfast), the Beverage Station is included in the price and is available throughout the entire stay.

If only one meal is reserved, the Beverage Station is available only during the respective meal time.

We ensure that the buffet is well stocked and that all dishes are regularly replenished throughout the meal, allowing every guest to enjoy their favourite dishes at a relaxed pace.

The buffet selection is seasonal and may vary depending on the event, reservation type, number of guests and selected meals.

Important: The buffet fee covers one person's opportunity to enjoy unlimited servings from the buffet while dining in the restaurant during the meal time. It does not include taking food away or filling takeaway. containers.

• arrange snacks, crisps, sweets, confectionery and other products on serving platters;
• serve sauces in appropriate dishes;
• set up the snack table;
• replenish and tidy the snack table throughout the reservation, if required.

Let us take care of the festive moment!

If you bring your own celebration cake or pastries, we will ensure they are properly stored, prepared and professionally served.

The service includes:

• storage of the cake in the hotel's refrigerator;
• preparation for serving;
• placing candles (provided by the client);
• ceremonial presentation of the cake on a serving trolley;
• cutting the cake into portions;
• serving on hotel plates with the necessary cutlery;
• clearing and washing the dishes afterwards.

If the Beverage Station has been reserved, guests can also enjoy coffee or tea with the cake during serving.
